I live in Herts and there is a wicked one in Ware (about 30mins from Watford) called nutz you will find it in the yellow pages x

If you know people who have had tattoos done in your area that get advice off them. If you dont know anyone, try chatting to people in clubs and see what their best advice is, they are sure to recommend somewhere to you.
