then go back to normal in the morning. She has had this for a few years. She has had several blood test but doctors say she will grow out it that was 18 months ago. She still has it.

young children often have large tummies because they have large livers in comparison to their size.
It probably looks more prominent during the day because she is eating and drinking and swallowing air ect. Also at this age some children to not have particulary strong tummy muscles to hold it all in.
It's reassuring to know she has had some blood tests and seen a Dr- but if you are still worried it would not hurt to make a routine appointment to put your mind at rest.

It is doubtless intestinal gas build up that she passes in her sleep.
It could be an early sign of IBS. Have you taken her to a gastroenterologist? Might be a good idea.

Does she have an allergy of some kind i.e. wheat? Hope you can get it sorted out.
