i dont like this question you should never let an animal go with out food . thats like starving them how would you like it if you didnt have food .

Depends if dog is sick or healthy.
Why do u ask?
Some dogs that aren't gready or food orinatated will not eat for 2-3 days in a row. Dogs are suppose to eat to their metobolic needs and some breeds will do this eg My lhasa has food ut all the time but only eats every 2 days.

Why? Do you know of somebody starving their dogs? If so call your local SPCA or animal control immediately, if the dogs are so skinny that their bones are showing that means that they are being starved and that is animal cruelity and that is against the law. The owners are usually tracked down and arrested in those cases. And if you do decide to feed the dog(s) yourself do it in small amounts and frequently.

well the longest would probably be a month...maybe a little shorter though. but humans can only go without food for about a week or 3-6 days. hahah i dont know why i put that in there :D

planning to starve your dog? in which case, i'd say (hopefully) until you fall asleep & make easy prey. must be a good 150 - 200 lbs of prime fresh red meat right there for the dog to live on til it gets a good home.

Does it matter? Are you planning to starve a dog? :P Lol just kidding, but I think they can last a while. But! Don't go off starving some dog to see how long it takes for it to die!
