My friend is visiting me with his Grandma and I would like to take them as a "surprise" to church. However I am not sure what church to go to. He is at work so I can't call to ask him so I thought I would check here :)
Thanks

Buddhists, right?

Depends on where they are from. Mandarin speakers from mainland China are mostly non-religious. They may have learnt some Confucian ethics but not a religion as such. Of course there are also some that are Buddhists, and a few Christians and Muslims.

Mandarin speakers from Taiwan and Singapore are more varied because those countries were outside the Communist influence. Many will have traditional Chinese religion, which is a mixture of Buddhism, Taoism, ancestor worship, and folk beliefs in spirits and such like. If they are highly educated people, there is a good chance they are Christian.

I would suggest taking them to a church that makes visitors feel welcome, not all churches are good at doing this.

You may not have time for this, but if you are into inviting people to church i would suggest that you try visiting a place of worship of some other religion, say a Mosque or a Temple, so that you experience what it is like for a visitor to go to an unfamiliar religious place of worship. It will give you valuable insights into what can be done to make churches more visitor-friendly.

Atheism, actually.

Sorry, it's just the truth. :)
