I first heard my baby's heartbeat at 8 weeks at my 1st visit but my doctor told me you can usually hear it at 6 weeks.

I know the earliest you can hear the heart beat is 12 weeks but I think the heart develops around the fifth week. That is why most doctors recommend that you get your first appointment around the 12th week, so that they can check the heart beat.

It begins to beat at 10 days and you can hear it at around 13-14 weeks.

You can have it heard on an ultrasound around 6-7 weeks pregnant... with a doppler stethoscope at the DR office it can be as early as 9 weeks, but average of 12.
I heard my baby's on ultrasound at 7 weeks but not on doppler til 13 weeks. Good luck!

Very very early on. I want to say 1-2 weeks. But it all depends on the tools your doctor is using. Mine used ultra sound and saw the heart fluttering. I could be wrong about the 1-2 weeks but I know definately by one month, quite early.
