It hasnt changed - the principles are the same. ONly the amount of knowledge has changed. Observable, repeatable, and peer reviewed results are still the hallmarks of good science.

Well, there are a lot more journals. There are a lot more scientists to go after your theories. There is a lot more instrumentation. But the principals are the same.

Not a bit. Biology is better understood because of the improved conceptual framework, but the scientific method is unchanged.

BIology exists now, which before it didn't. Modern biology [including most medical developements relation to immunisation and disease control] is founded on evolution, without it there is just natural history.
