I have many severe food allergies and went through the same thing. My best suggestion would be to have your blood drawn and tested. Scratch tests aren't as good.

Maybe I can 'solve your problem'. You could be allergic to a shampoo you're using, or body wash. If you think it's a food allergy keep track of what you've been eating for a week. Then try to find which ingredient is most common, try to eliminate that for a while and see if the reactions stop.
I did this, I finally narrowed it down to salt which was quite difficult.
The easiest way is to go to an allergy specialist or an dermatologist.
Good luck, and try taking an allergy pill everyday when you wake up, that way if you do eat something that triggers the rash the reaction won't be as sever.

Try to eat a few of the same foods for a few days and see if you still have your allergic reaction. Then add something new to the list. You can figure out what you might be allergic to by process of elimination. Or try keeping a food diary. Write down what you eat and then when you break out in a rash you can look back on what you did eat. Or go to the doctors and have them run allergy testing on you.

Pick a food (like dairy products) and remove them from your diet for two weeks. If the problem goes away, then that was the problem, if not then eliminate something else instead. Somtimes things like MSG (monosodium glutamate) can cause itching etc.
Talk to your doctor, they may be able to recommend a diet where you start with very basic foods (that don't make you itch), and then you start adding the foods you normally eat one at a time, until you find the one that causes your problems.
You might want to try a natural soap and shampoo, as detergents can cause allergies too. I stopped being so itchy after stopping using shampoo and body wash containing sodium lauryl sulfate.

Keep a food diary. Write down EVERYTHING you eat for at least 2 wks. Also make a note of any reactions you have. This may give you a good place to start when eliminating foods.
Find a good allergist for some testing.

You could go to a doctors office & see if they offer allergy shots, or allergy testing for the shots.
