McDonald's cheeseburgers. NO, they don't get one often! Usually, one to share among the 3 dogs, and maybe 2 or 3 times a year. Very occasionally, I'll order one, plain, for the dogs. Each dog gets a few bites. Yes, including the bun. Eggs, too. When I buy a new carton but still have a few from the previous batch that I need to use up ... I poach those 2 or 3 older eggs, let them cool, and add the eggs and cooking water to the dogs' kibble. Gahhh. You'd think they'd died and gone to heaven! Leftover plain rice. I cook rice a lot, and it doesn't always get eaten. I'm never sure who will or won't be home at dinner time, so I tend to cook more than I end up needing. I fridge the leftovers, but after 3 days or so ... I mix it up with the dogs' kibble and they LOVE it!

I had one dog that loved vanilla ice cream cones (he wouldn't eat it out of a dish) the one i have now I only put a small amount of baby food on his food to get him to eat it (chicken flavor). Though I don't really believe in giving people food to dogs, but mine little guy is a special needs boy. I may try to wean him off the baby food though as i have seen him eat his special diet food without the baby food.

They like chicken, but I don't usually feed them human food. It does not have the nutrition that they need, and some foods can be dangerous. Stick to nutritious dog food.

My dog LOVES carrots. Go figure! When we get the carrot peeler out, he sits there and begs for a bite! He is a wonderful dog, a Border Collie. Highly intelligent, even when it comes to nutrition!

Cottage cheese and chicken.
Most table food is actually very bad for your dog but chicken (without bones) and cottage cheese is good for them.

Peanutbutter. My dog can tell if you are even looking at it in the jar. I make her treats out of chunky peanutbutter and a little honey rolled into balls.

Lefse. Seriously. He prefers it to fresh meat.
Lefse is Norwegian potato flatbread, usually served with butter and brown sugar.
