the distances mentioned are all pretty close - basically they are on opposite sides of Toronto so getting from one to the other varies a fair bit time-wise depending on when you go - during rush hour - you could be looking at a couple hours with ideal conditions it's probably 45minutes or so.

In driving time at off hours, about 45 minutes, depending on where you are. Count on an hour though on the 401. Off hours would be 10-2, but you have to be through Toronto no later than 2:30 at Yonge Street.
Have fun with the drive, I do it every day.

around 80 Km u can use Go train r Go bus cost u Apx 10 $ taxi 90$ if u want to drive take Highway 401 east upto ur exit
