This was a question in the early Church. Since Christianity is Judaism fulfilled, and the first Christians were Jewish, Gentiles who wanted to follow Christ wondered if they needed to convert to Judaism first. Eventually, it was decided that no, they didn't.

i hope you are being sarcastic, because that is the dumbest thing i've ever heard. jews do not believe that jesus was the messiah. they think that he was a prophet, but not the messiah. christians believe in jesus as the messiah.

well, the only way to become a jew is to convert to judaism, and no rabbi will convert a person who believes in jesus to judaism. in order to convert to judaism, you have to BELIEVE in judaism, just like in order to convert to catholicism, you have to believe in catholicism.
