I'm not sure if I understand your question. What exactly happened? Are you suggesting that you want to sue the people who started the incident?
Well, I suppose you could, but I think this will only hurt you even more and it won't bring back your baby...
Try to find peace, in whatever way that seems right to you.

What kind of answer do you expect if you don't give any details????
If the ordeal was terrifying, why was it two days later that you miscarried and not at the time. Do you have medical proof that the incident caused the miscarriage. These are the kind of questions you will be asked. You should be prepared. It's a very serious allegation and you should be advised that the defence for whoever you think caused the miscarriage will be pulling every trick out of the hat to keep their client in the clear.

If the police were involved, talk to them. Depending on the circumstances they may be able to take things further.
If the police weren't involved, consider talking to them. I would also suggest you talk to a solicitor. Most solicitors will give you a free initial consultation.
Consider counselling as well. Not only have you been through a traumatic incident but you have a bereavement to deal with. That's more than most people can cope with individually.

Can you get a medical report stating your miscarriage was due to or was contributed to by the incident? If so, either go to your local Citizens Advice Bureau,which is free, or see a solicitor for legal advice.Either will be able to guide you as to whether you have a case for compensation.

I feel bad but without knowing more detail I don't think there is anything we can do to help you. If there was any illegal activity involved whatsoever you must go to the police and make sure a full report is filed. You would also need the services of a lawyer. Counseling is also probably a must for you, if you are in the U.S. call the department of social services, they can arrange all this. Sorry again about your loss.

If the other driver was undeniably at fault, you could consider bringing a civil action against him or her. You need to take proper advice on this. Perhaps your insurance company could give some initial indication on whether or not this would be the right thing to do in your case.

this is s very sensitive subject . But if you are thinking of suing you will have to show that this incident was someone Else's fault.and that the miscarriage was a consequence of that negligence. Speak to your Doctor first and ask if in his opinion your loss was down to the incident . If the answer is yes then approach a specialist solicitor who will access your claim and advise you on whether to proceed from a legal stand point

We need many more details on this case before we can help you. Talk to an attorney (look under worker's comp or accident attys) who will tell you if you have a case or not. This initial consultation will be free. And if they take the case, they will only take a percentage of any moneys won. So no $ up front. Im really sorry for your loss. Sometimes (and this I think is awful) it depends how far along the pregnancy is to whether the baby is classed as a person.
Have you thought about grief counselling? You need all the support you can get.

Im sorry to hear about your loss.
But is looking for financial gain really going to make you feel any better.
Lots of people have accidents every day even but we are hardly going to not allow pregnant women in cars.
I dont understand this American sue mentallity.!
