ok, so there is this guy that i know from work, he is totally lush, and recently he has begun to flirt with me lots, physically, like touching me and stuff but not in a groping disgusting way or anything, just like putting his arm around me, or touching me on the bum, and hes really funny and chatty and stuff. he is a little bit older than me, but not alot, only 5 years, and im 17. He asks me how i am, and if i say im fine thanx, hes says yeah i can see...stuff like that...generally a really nice guy...but i dont know if he likes me back, in the same way that i like him...??? Have u got any ideas, because he hasnt asked for my number or anything...!! Help please...and do u have any suggestions of what i should do?? thanx

HOW do you know him 'through work'? Because if you work for the same company it may be a big no-no to date. But, I would be patient I'm sure one day he may invite you to go grab a bite to eat. But don't act eagar. Chances are he has a misses (Obviously you like him, so he is CUTE!) somewhere out there. The best way to keep his attantion is to keep doing what you are doing. Males like to chase what they don't have. If he is avaliable then he may want to spend time in a group setting with you there to observe you away from the work setting. If you get too inpatient after another month of flirting then ask him for his number to meet over a Sunday to grab coffee or walk around when you go shopping somewhere. (kinda cheesy but keep it casual) I say ENJOY THE FLIRTING and keep fantasizing about making out - it's F-U-N!!!

honestly, I'm 20 and I've done a lot of dating... kind of a player myself... (currently retired:)) but anyway... he sounds like a player too. A guy that is this old shouldn't be touching you on your booty. You're a young girl who should be respected. he hasn't even asked you for your number or to hang out? does he ever hint at it? honestly he might just want to ***. as horrible as it sounds and as much as that's not what you want to hear. it just MIGHT be true. Try not showing attention back and see how he responds. if he seems to not really care, he prob doesn't. Besides messing with people you work with is a no-no for me. if things don;t work out it'll just make work suk and awkward. we all want what we can't have so if you get anything out of my advice, DON'T MAKE IT EASY TO PULL YOU. he obviously likes you. guys don't flirt and touch you if they don't like you. I recommend that you make the first move, because if he isn't, he's obviously not sure if you like him back. So ask him out or something as friend first, and if it goes well and he gives you more hints (which i don't thinkyou need) and ask him out on a date as a date. and don't bother trying to give him hints, guys never get hints. they only get it if you're upfront and blunt about it. good luck

Have you flirted back? He is probably shy of making that move because you probably don't flirt back. Flirt a lil and if still nothing be bold and make the first move. Yes a few girls make the first move in this day and age so you would not be considered a slut.
