I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

Hon, if you had food poisoning, you would have been at the ER; don't throw around that term loosely, it's horribly awful. You probably just had a bit of the stomach flu. The toast was a good idea, ginger ale would be good, or sweetened tea, banana, broth. Nothing fried, stuff like crackers, soup - keep it simple.

Pasta is easy to puke up ... so are soups ... eat things that aren't so fatty ... fruits that aren't acidic - snack on some grapes, carrots, chicken noodle soup ... Mac & cheese ... etc ... you'll be just fine ... ( unless you really have the flu or something ) crackers calm the stomach also ... breads soak up a lot of the nauseous feelings too ... hope you feel better ... !

whatever sounds good to you. I ate some bad pork ribs back in March and was sick enough to make a visit to an ER. I've refused to eat them since. I likely will not ever eat them again.
So as you can see, "upset stomach" means different things to diffrent people.
Your body will tell you what you are ready for and when. Good luck!

Chicken soup. It is easy to digest and warm and gently on the belly. If you are sick in the hospital that will give you broth only or maybe a piece of toast.

The classic treatment is the ABC diet. Apples, bananas and cereals. You wont feel you are starving while you get over your upset stomach and these items are good for healing.
