NO. You're in 7th grade. All upper classmen think 7th graders suck. If you tell him that you like him, then you're going to be made fun of. Just keep dropping subtle hints, and he'll ask you out.

hey i have the exact same problem! Im in the same grade too. Well u need to become good friends first. Love is frienship on fire so be friends and then one day build up ur courage and tell him face to face or write him a note and then give it to him. Another way of telling him would to have a friend of yours tell him or get his number and tell him on the phone, text him or even IM him. Its your choice..what ever you feel most comfortable doing.

Just cuz he sits at the same table as you doesnt mean he likes you. And i think you should just get over him hes doesnt seem worth it. but if you like him a lot then maybe you should try getting to him better like hang out with him more as a friend so he can learn to get to know you and start to like you.

You just have to try talking to him. Get a bunch of your friends & his friends to go to the movies or something, that way you'll feel more comfortable. Then get to know him there, and wait and see how things go!

same with me!!!!!!!! except i've never talked to my man. haha but i would just flirt with him and try to make eye contact. ask him if he has a gf and see if he wants to dance at the next dance,,, also make plans with your friends @ lunch so he can hear you... look @ him while your talking (not in an obsessive way) good luck!!!!!
