Boy help, please! Boys, please help!?

Ok, so there is this guy that I've liked since 6th grade! He is a year older than me, and I REALLY like him. He is from Lithuania (Europe) He is kinda skater. I told him I liked in 6th grade, but he said he didn't feel the same way, but a few months later, he got REALLY nice to me. He also walked with me to bus stop and stuff. The next year, two other guys are at the bus stop, and he hangs with THEM! He is really nice, and I don't know whether to tell him I like him or not. Boys, what would YOU do? Also, he is KINDA shy, I guess, but he can keep a secret because I told him alot of things, and he kept them. I am just afraid of when and where to give him a note, if I do give him a note, what should I write on it???? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, what can I do to make him like me, or at least remember me? Like a certain perfume or something?

maybe he likes you but he's too shy. Before you give him a note, i think you should get Hollister or Abercrombie & Fitch perfume! All guys love that scent. maybe you should get a push-up bra to catch his attention [haha jk, but u can]. and then give it some time. THEN u can write him a note saying ur feelings for him. But don't make it sound like ur obssessed or too clingy. Just casually tell him how you feel and ask if his feelings for you have changed. If he still doesn't like you like that then try 2 get over him. because seriously.....there are plenty of guys out there
