A plane crashes and every single person on this flight dies, yet there are survivors how is this possible?

Every "single" people died (people with no husbands, wife's, boyfriends and girlfriends etc.) So all the other people are the survivors e.g. married people.

The crashed plane did not kill everyone on the ground, or in other planes, boats, car's etc. Everyone who wasn't killed by the plane is a surviver.
