Another riddle for all those people that want a second shot at winning 10 points.?

Question

lets say you have an unlimited water source, a 5 quart jug and 3 quart jug, how could you measure exactly 4 quarts?

Extra consideration will be made if u can tell me what movie they used this riddle in.
no consideration to people who google, cut and paste.

you fill the 5 quart jug all the way,
pour three of those quarts into the 3 quart jug
then you are left with a 5 quart jug w/ 2 quarts in it
and the 3 quart jug w/ 3 quarts
pour out the 3 quarts in the 3 quart jug and pour the two quarts in the 5 quart jug into the 3 quart jug,
then fill the 5 quart jug all the way
take the five quart jug and pour one quart of the water in it
into the 3 quart jug, the 3 quart jug will be filled to the top
because it already had 2 quarts in it.
you are left with 4 quarts in the 5 quart jug!

1. Fill the 3 quart jug.
2. Pour those 3 quarts into the 5 quart jug.
3. Fill the 3 quart jug again.
4. Pour 2 of those 3 quarts into the 5 quart jug so that it fills at 5 quarts, and leaves 1 quart remaining in the 3 quart jug.
5. Now empty the 5 quart jug and pour in the 1 quart of water from the 3 quart jug.
6. Finally fill the 3 quart jug again and pour into the 5 quart jug ... with the 1 quart of water already there this equals 4 quarts!
I couldn't even fathom a guess as to which movie this riddle was in.

I can tell you that it's from Die Hard III (I believe that's the one with Samuel L. Jackson, right?)

Fill the 3 quart jug and pour the water into the 5 quart jug.
Then fill the 3 quart jug again and fill the 5 quart jug, leaving 1 quart in the 3 quart jug.
Empty the 5 quart jug, and add the remaining 1 quart from the 3 quart jug.
Then fill the 3 quart jug and add it to the 1 quart already in the 5 quart jug.

4 quarts.

fill the 5 quart jug, pour 3 quarts in the smaller jug. you are left with 2 quarts in the large jug. mark the level of the water in the 2 quart jug. empty the small jug and put the 2 quarts in the 3 quart jug. fill the 5 quart jug back up to the mark so there is 2 quarts in it. then add the 2 quarts from the 3 quard jug and you have 4 quarts in the 5 quart jug.

Leaving you with 2 quarts in the five quart jug and nothing in the 3 quart jug. Then poor those two quarts of water into three quart jug, fill five quart jug and poor in the final quart into the three quart jug (fill it to the top) and then you are left with 4 quarts in the 5 quart jug,
