what i'm saying is that, you know,
do they have their royal language
which is used only among them??

or is there a lot of difference between them or a lot similar, or just same?

Or, does American English and Britain English have a lot difference?

Proper English is known as the 'Queen's English' and no, they do not have a royal language. However, up to this year, the Queen's Christmas broadcast has invariable included the phrase 'My husband and I'. It appears to have been missing this year and over here in the UK we were all waiting to hear her say 'Me and my husband'.
As for American English being different from British English, there would appear to be many differences, although the rules of grammar should be the same. It can be confusing when the Americans talk about a trunk, whilst we talk about a boot (of a car). If i tell you that all children from the age of five take a 'rubber' to school with them in UK, you would probably be shocked whilst it merely means an eraser. There are many such differences but basically they are the same. Accents are an entirely different matter and there are so many in the UK that it would take pages to try to explain them. From the 'Georgie' in the north to the West Country in the South, not to mention the Scots.......................

they have their own blood and they probably speak anunaki to each other, this language contains a lot of hissing
American is what they speak in America ,
in Europe they speak English ,they are similar languages but there are a lot of differences ,like Flemish and Dutch,or Afrikaans and Dutch
for example Americans can slap somebodies fanny or fall on it
if you did that in England you would be punched in the throat or be an extortionist ,because Fannies in Brittain is where the babies come from
