I am not sure what it is that you want to know--so I am going to have to just rattle on---I have hair past my calves --I braid my hair everyday and sleep with it braided too--the only time I wear it down is if I am going out to a place with out no wind (other wise I would have a heck of a mess) The thing with braiding your hair and why its a good thing to do is that it keeps it from getting tangled and broken so it seems (note I said seems) to grow faster--actually it just doesn't break off as quickly--If you are trying to grow your hair than I would suggest braiding your hair as often as you can--Do NOT braid your hair wet--this stretches the hair--and that causes weak spots and causes damage too

wow! It,s amazing here in Belize, every one likes braiding, especially corn-rows (the braids which are done tightly, close or over the head, they are done with style and fasion!) I just love them!
artifical hair of any color can be added to them.
