If you are talking about peeling HARD boiled eggs, (I have never heard the term "soft boiled" eggs) there are a few tricks that might help you. For one, after the eggs are done boiling run them under cool water to stop the boiling process and this will, in turn help the "egg sticking to itself" problem you are having. If it falls apart you are not cooking it long enough, (to state the obvious :^). Peeling hard boiled eggs is a process that takes time so be patient and buy alot of eggs!

It's a real mess to try and peel a SOFT boiled egg. A hard boiled egg is much much easier. After the egg has boiled for about 5 minutes submerge it in cold water until it cools down then peel the egg under running water.
Wouldn't suggest you try doing this with a SOFT egg !

The trick for easy peeling is age. Real fresh eggs, no matter what you do, the shell comes off in little pieces. Buy eggs and let them set in your refrigerator for a couple weeks before you boil them. Usually they peel really easy and your not wrecking the egg. Nothing worse then trying to make deviled eggs and half the white is all scared up due to the fact they peel hard.

You peel hard boiled eggs, not soft. (Soft means the yolk is still runny inside - hard means it's cooked all the way through.)
For your soft boiled egg put it in an egg cup, whack the top off of it, and dig the egg out with a small spoon.
(Special bonus - dip hot buttered strips of toast into the runny yolk!)

You don't peel a soft boil egg, you crack them.... after add pepper and 2 or 3 drop of dark soy sauce. Stir and eat them with bread or by it self.... that what we take for our morning breakfast.
~ Enjoy! ~ _;-)
