Probably Prague-- even though I've never been there, it sounds extremely fun and amusing. It's inexpensive, beautiful, and down-right amazing.

London is also fantastic. I just loved walking down the street and looking at all the aged houses, as though I live in a century ago. I went there during summer, and it was just amazing.

Madrid, as you might have heard, is VERY busy. But it's also beautiful. The nightlife there is almost too big-- the streets were very crouded, and yet if you just ADORE nightlife this is the palce for you. What I really liked there is a trip to Toledo, which is like an Italian countryside city with beautiful views.

My best guess is Prague, but it does not really matter because most people I know don't choose between cities. Every city is different, and the magic is always dissimilar in every place. In Prague it's when the morning brings sweet air and when the flowers open and the shops open. In London it's when the milkman puts the milk on the doorstep and when the afternoon tea with milk lightens your day. And in Madrid, it's when the sun sinks and the streets fill; it's when the lights pop up; it's when the flamenco dancers twist, grab, clap; it's when everyone finally recovers for their homes for the night and the Puerta del Sol is beautifully empty.

I love, love, love London, but I've heard that Prague is stunningly beautiful and that the people are so friendly there. So, I guess I'm recommending both!
