The other day I downloaded several flac files. When I tried to play them in Windows Media Player. I found by doing a google search that I needed a codec which I installed. Now when I open Nero Burning ROM, I was unable to burn the CD because an error came up. Is there a plugin for Nero that I am missing?

I would change the flac files to wav if you're going to burn them onto a cd. You can google easily for a converter (free). flac is 'free lossless audio codec' - an open source format.

I would suggest looking for freeware audio converters on the internet and use it to convert to a CDR-compatible format. Although, i burn mp3's to CDR's with nero all the time and they work fine.
