I guess you should go to start and then run and then type msconfig and then go to the startup tab and have a butchers for it in there, if it is then uncheck the box! It will still be there on the PC mind, you need to do a spyware check or virus scan, to get rid of it, and maybe go into the registry and delete it! If ur a novice then dont even think about editing the registry

firstly "do not" format your computer, you dont need to
go to run and type in "msconfig" and then ok,this will atke you to the microsoft configuration utility, then go to the start up tab and look for anything that either has "common" in the name or deselect anything that is not needed, everything except for anti-virus,and windows entrys
as this window is opening at the start up,by deselecting as much as possible in the start up option you may be able to disable this window from appearing
alternatively you could do the simple thing and do a system restore to before this error occured
another option is to look in your programs to see if you have either a program with the name common in it,or its the part of a name of a program
give this a go and see how you go
good luck

Its something that is set to open on startup. First take a look at start > All programs > Startup right click and delete anything you don't need. Next do start > run > msconfig and look at startup items there.

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.
