first of all, boiled a desired pasta, i prefer fettuccine and penne

the easiest is:

heat butter or olive oil, add chopped garlic, add sliced mushroom, add the pasta, seasond it well, with salt and crusted black pepper, add freshly grated cheese (parmesan and or cheddar) serve it right awat.

pasta with pesto is also quick and easy, first you heat oilve oil in a pan, add the pasta, add the tablespoon of pesto, reduce the heat (to prevent the basil burned) tos it well, add parmesan, and season it well.

geez i'm hungry

Boil the spagetti in one pot. While you're doing that take some oil (olive would be the best) and sautee the garlic, mushrooms, chopped onions and whatever else you have. If you have some basil or I might add a little of that. Drain the pasta and toss with the excess olive oil and stuff you sauteed up and some parmesan. Serve and top with a little more parmesean and you're good to go!

I had nothing much in the house one evening and just threw together a little something that my 6 year old son absolutely loved and he is a picky eater.

I just took some bow tie pasta but any king will do. Some italian sausage cut into bite size pieces. Chicken tenders cut into bite size pieces and a jar of spaghetti sauce. I cooked the pasta, cooked the chicken and sausage and mixed all together in a baking dish with the sauce. I then had pieces of provolone cheese that I laid on top and put it into the oven at 350 degrees until warmed through and the cheese was melted. It was simple and a hit and served with salad and garlic bread.

Saute the garlic & onions & mushrooms and boil spaghetti. Toss them together, add some olive oil to lightly coat and toss again. I also suggest tossing in a can of diced tomatoes. Serve and top with cheese.

Probably the simplest would be pasta in oil and garlic -- just saute a lot of garlic in olive oil (and if you have white wine, more better); when it's done grate the Parmesan over it.

You could do the same thing with mushrooms too, if you have a lot of them -- saute them in olive oil, garlic (and wine if handy). If you want to keep the oiliness factor to a minimum and/or don't have wine, chicken broth can be used (in addition to the oil).

Honestly, if you have olive oil and garlic, what more do you need?

If you have some kind of tomato sauce you can "dress it up" with black olives and capers, too. (And, of course, garlic!)

Make spaghetti and drain
Use a cheese grater to grate fresh tomato over the warm pasta.
Use the grater to also grate fresh goats milk cheese over the tomatos. Sprinkle with garlic powder and enjoy.

The goat cheese is slightly salty, and makes this dish wonderful!

Really easy. You can make a scampi. Butter (tons), garlic, little bit of salt, either a bit of white wine, or bit of lemon juice, you can add peppers, and other spices oregano, thyme, rosemary. But u can just do the butter, garlic, tomatoes, and some spices, and you're all set. Don't forget a bit of salt for these, and of course pepper.

I love cooking rotini pasta, then rinsing it with cold water, and adding in veggies (mushrooms, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, broccoli), then adding a few tablespoons of Italian dressing. Its a very quick pasta salad. You can mix it up with different veggies or adding extra spices such as garlic.
