Sometimes I act crazy and i dont know why i do it.I think i'm losing the ability to be normal though seriously because im either acting crazy, having a laugh with my friends,or i'm just dead silent.Maybe it's a form of something wrong with my childhood?I wouldn't normally make a guess but my early years have been very .. very difficult.Do i maybe have the symptoms to something?

Oh one more thing
My friend might be crazy too.
He shows odd signs of hatred toward my sister. He pushed her and strangled her the next day.Not like serious strangle or push, but in a way i dont like.No one should have their hands on someone else like that it's not normal no one would do it to a stranger.

If that defines acting crazy then everyone is! It's only something that we define. Me, you and many many other people in the world had diffrent types of trouble in their life. That's what made them what they are today. But... If I am doing something that I believe in and no one else does or perhaps they might even find me "out of my mind", it'd be all because of what we've learned in our life and that includes what we can do (what we're capable of doing) and what we will do.
So if you define what you do "crazy", well then... I don't.
''''' updated '''''
When people say "crazy" that means there is a slight chance that someone might get hurt in some way. YOU don't hurt anyone. You're just paying more attention to the environment around you.
And about being bipolar, that happens when someone has Lithium disorders (If that's the right word!). Check Wikipedia for what Lithium can do in body. It can be cured (if it turns out, that is the problem).
Looking around you when you're walking somewhere, "might" be because you're 1. nervous, and you do it without control; or 2. you're only trying to be careful;
You said you try to protect your sister. There is nothing wrong with that. Everyone tries to help their family and friends. Specialy when it's about them being or going to be hurt in a way.
All that aside...
If you think you're not doing normal, I suggest to go and see a GOOD health doctor. Not just a doctor who gives you pills that make you relaxed for a while, then after a couple of months you won't be able to do anything! I suggest you to go and see someone who you trust in every way (I would do that if I have to).
I wish I could help more.

Hi, there's an age old saying IF you think you're crazy you cannot be crazy because those who really are do not have a clue about it....it's true for psychosis/mania, but we do realize if we are having thought disturbances..I do not think you are..you and no-one else has the energy to Have a laugh 24/7 we all need a break....or do you feel that the silent moments are a burden..wishing you didn't have them? Also, good thought process...you have identified your dissatisfaction at your mate's behaviour...did you stick up for your sister at the time? She would doubtless appreciate it if you did...lastly...if you are inducing Highs with substances then obviously you will experience come-downs, God bless you, ask Him for help...contrary to popular belief, you can still have fun !!

Not manic - not even crazy. You're just having a hard time at the moment and it sounds most like emotional issues that are troubling you. You need to talk things through with a professional counsellor but please do not be worried or scared - there is nothing seriously wrong with you that a bit of talking won''t sort out.

Mmm, sounds like bi-polar, but I also think it could be environmental as well. Might want to see if you camp out in the woods in a tent for a couple of days away from everything if you freak out then too. If not, then it may be the environment you are in that is a problem. Gas leaks, radiation, toxic spores, something like that.

It doesn't sound like Bipolar at all......Please everyone, READ ABOUT BIPOLAR before saying **** like that this person is bipolar.
It sounds like you have some emotional problems, perhaps related to your past.
I think you should see a doctor. They are the only ones that can help you through this.

I act like that a lot and I was diagnosed bipolar (manic depressive). Don't let that scare you though because it may be something totally different.....see a psychiatrist so he/she can properly diagnose you. Don't self medicate or self diagnose without a professionals help. There is help out there!
PS EDIT........I am also very paranoid.....please please go see a mental health doctor....dont be embaressed....get help.
