First you have to make a report to family and children services in your area of their usage. The social worker will take care of getting the child into a proper environment and they like to place children with family and since you and he are willing to take over you would probably be the ideal candidates. however since you are not yet married that may pose a problem until you take your vows but in this day and age maybe not. But make a report ASAP to get the ball rolling and the child out of that terrible environment

that's called compromise. you're the two being confusing-nosed. on the single hand, particular, a honeymoon is a particular time for newly weds yet you ought to understand that it is your fiance's niece/nephew and his brother and that's kinda particular too. i do no longer blame him for desirous to be there because of the fact i understand that i might circulate heaven and earth have been I in his place. The start of a sprint one is a wager, no remember if that's the 1st, 2d or 0.33 new child. The due date is a wager with leeway of two weeks on the two area of it. collectively as some new mothers and dads choose help to settle in, there are others who prefer to 'tough' it out with tips from themselves. So the two one among you ought to fulfill interior the midsection: you could in keeping with threat decrease the honeymoon right down to something like the 5 Oct: he can 'provide' you those first days in Oct because of the fact the toddler is due later yet he's around for many of Oct. particular, your honeymoon would be shorter yet hiya, it is your niece/nephew too. And telling your sister-in-regulation to easily 'suck it up and take care of' is harsh if she might benefit from the help. think of in case you have been in her shoes. or you bypass have a honeymoon someplace in Italy the place he can commute returned to his kin directly ought to the toddler be early. he's in a position to be there as quickly as obtainable (the mummy won't bypass abode for some days in any case) and you get your finished honeymoon. or you postpone your honeymoon, take the week after your wedding ceremony off and have a 'mini' honeymoon yet keep the real finished honeymoon for somewhat later interior the year. A honeymoon could properly be planned around issues. purely verify that there is a different plan and that it does not purely get positioned on the pile of issues to do. So bypass and chat on your fiance and discover the midsection floor. good success.

see if they have a kinship program ( through social services). I don't know what state ur in but here if there's no contact for 45 days they can lose their child. definately talk to a lawyer before u get CPS involved those ppl cannot be trusted and u don't want the baby going into foster care.

You'd have to hire an attorney that specializes in cases like this. Your attorney will probably get any and all documentation on the parents/child services will get involved etc and all medical records too will have to be ordered for drug reasons etc...that's my guess. Juvenile court may also be something your attorney wants you to go through.

Check with Department of Child and Family Services. At least, that's what they're called, in the Atlanta Area.

Call CPS and get the child into state custody or if he/she already is, then obtain a lawyer and fight for custody...if you have the parents on your side, then it shouldn't be that difficult.
