How do you know if a woman is playing games or if she is not interested. Are there clear distinctions between the two.

She'll be inconsistent, and she'll flake out on you.

for example, she'll be totally friendly one day, and the next day seem like she is in a rush and doesn't have time for you. She'll not call when she says she will, or she'll break a date at the last minute.

I think all humans do the same things when not really that interested. If you get the feeling they aren't chances are they aren't. If you find yourself wondering why would she do that if she liked me, you have your answer. We all like to make excuses for people like they are busy or they work a lot but we all also know that if we really like someone we make the time no matter what. You have to evaluate how you act when you like someone or just want to waste some time with someone. All humans for the most part do the same things.

Next time you see her, notice if she looks in your eyes when you talk. When I'm not interested in a guy I usually won't give him much eye contact. You know she is interested if she is looking into your eyes and she has a smile.
Otherwise, tell her you want to be in a relationship with her, but aren't sure how serious she is and if she doesn't want to be as committed as you are, you know someone who wants to be with you. Most girls want or will realize they want to be with someone when there is a chance they will/can lose them.
