Color typically doesn't fix color, especially when it's a do-at-home type. Attempting to dye your hair again might not damage it badly, but you risk having the dye not completely cover the highlights and ending up with an odd shade on the highlighted pieces of hair. I would go to a salon and have them fix it.

Dear Candita...
I should wait for 3 or 4 days and wash your hair a couple of times before you put the new color on. (Usually the package of the coloring says how much time you should wait)
That way it won't interact with the other color you put on. Though, if you dye your hair in a darker color, normally there won't be any difficulties.
The longer you wait, the less you will damage your hair.

Wait, you should wait 6 weeks but you don't have to. If you do it know you'll risk breaking your hair off, it will severely damage your hair and if it doesn't break off, it will be so dry. It all depends on the colors your using and the brand and your hair color and how damaged it is to begin with. If you wait the 6 weeks you know your safe, or you could go to a salon and they could fix it for you. Better safe than sorry.

you may, yet I really does not propose it. the reason being because death it damages your hair a lot and doing two times in a row will take countless the existence out of your hair. in case you not pleased with your hair, try styling it otherwise so human beings see it at different angles and a minimum of wait some months until eventually you dye it lower back. desire it facilitates!!(:

you can recolor it darker-just have a pro. do it. It is so much easier on your hair because they can formulate something especially for you, and not some box with a super high volume of peroxide that is not necessary in coloring your hair darker. if you do it at home-I don't know if you want to do it the next day if your using box color-that's stuff ruins your hair in one application! But I know pro's can do it very easily :)

I just dyed my hair a radiant ruby color on Monday and it was too dark, so I waited til today(Weds) to re dye it and it did not hurt it, it all depends on how healthy your hair is, if you barely put bad chemicals in it it should be okay.
