please if anyone can send me some information, links, tutorials, e-books, about semiconductors, transistors and CMOS tecnologies i will be really thankfull cause i really need information related with that material. thank u.

CMOS in electronics stands for Complementary metal–oxide–semiconductor. I am not sure what information that you need, since you have given no context, and CMOS transistors are the basic technology behind almost anything electronic.
