hi am contemplating doing the same . I have been with tthe yorkshire bank 13 years now and i was waiting for my divorce settlement to come through last year and struggling to make ends meet they charged me 25 pound every day one week but over the last 2 years or so on odd occasions charged similar amounts it all adds up to a lot of money how do i claim it back ?they said they will charge me 5 pound per statement do i need these? any advice welcome know there is a website with a form

Unfortunately, I have never been in debt to any bank.
..So never had any charges or fees made against me.
If I knew then what I know now, I would have made sure I was getting letters and charges every day.
A lump sum payback would come in handy right now.

I work for a bank and was told not to go ahead with getting any charges back as it could end my contract with them........ hope you get it all back though, good luck!

got mine back they charged me 25quid for a overdraft of 1.20 complained alot and got it back.tsb
