Some people told me that when you get your braces off your teeth might be stained around where the braces were.How can I avoid this?I want my teeth to be all one color!

1. Get your teeth cleaned every 3 months.

2. Brush after every meal, or at least twice a day.

3. Floss at least every night.

4. Avoid sugary foods. If you do eat sugary foods, rinse with water afterward.

After your braces come off, if there are any stains, you can use a whitening product to remove them.

I had braces for 3 years and no stains. If you take good care of your teeth while in braces it will not be a problem.

Make sure you take very good care of your teeth while you have your braces on them. Brush 2-3 times a day. Then after you get them off, have them cleaned. They will probably be fine.

The white stains are the beginnings of a cavity. If you brush your teeth often and thoroughly then you don't have anything to worry about. Just make sure that you are removing ALL of the plaque and food debris from your tooth surface every time you brush.

only if you eat what they tell you not to no steak, gum, carrots apples and if you do eat the wrong thing and you wire beaks your most likely to get white stains trust me i have them know and 1 wrong move you done blue a chance of not having white marks
