It depends on each one. Usually, you get split up by skill level. You will have to do sprints, "suicides", blocking drills, hitting drills, digging drills, etc. The best thing about it is that you get to meet and play with the top players. It's a great way to step up your game and see what volleyball is really all about.

The players at the camp are usually divided up by skill level and age. The players then work on basic volleyball mechanics. Platform, footwork, arm swing, passing, serving, etc. They usually scrimmage toward the end of the camp, or end of the day.

Well, it can be some hard work, but it's definatly worth it. If it's held were people from all around can come, you get to make a lot of new friends. And while you're getting in shape, you have fun too. It's all what you make of it.

almost everytime i go we do drills,run throughs,run.hustle or get punished.work on serving and you always learn a lot of new things it is really fun!!!

thats easy intence! fun! sweaty! sticky! and u get to fall alot! but its fun especially if u have friends there if u dont them its easy to make frineds
