not if u dont share it....go to tools then options....and on the sharing option....untick "share completed downloads"......hope this helps :D

This is not true. LimeWire only shares files located in your Shared folder, and only if you want it to. You can keep people from being able to pull items from your shared folder by disabling sharing in the options menu. I don't have it in front of me, but I've done it before. The only problem is that, if you do this, you will become a "freeloader" meaning that you download but don't share and some users have their LimeWire account set up to block freeloaders. So it's really up to you if you want to disable sharing. I never had any problems finding what I want even with sharing disabled because there are usually numerous copies of each item, so if you're worried about it, just disable it.

If you read the terms and things of limewire it tells u this...yes peopel can access yourfiles, ahck into your computer...Also u could be downloading files u dont even know such as porn...behind the songs or whatever files u are downloading. Be careful with limewire

you have to identify the location for the shared files and leave only those music files in that folder. hurry up, the music industry has Limewire in court.
