A girl (25 yrs. old) and a guy (25 yrs. old) met from jdate.com. They had two very good dates. She calls him back to his response for a third date. They talk, set things up and she mentions how she really would like to see him again but feel they still have a lot to learn about each other. She emphasizes alot...is this bad?
By a third date, should some semblance of a romantic relationship be developing? I did give her a short kiss on the lips just before we left last time.

It's only a third or fourth date, give it some time before romantic or intimate feelings surface. She might be scared of commitment or maybe she was hurt in a past relationship. By the way, a short sweet kiss is the best move!!!! [good job]

By telling you there is a lot to learn, this is a good thing. Obviously she is interested in learning more, otherwise she wouldn't even be calling. It takes a lot of time to learn about eachother, and that's the fun part. If you are uncomfortable making a move, flirt and play around. You will be able to tell if she's into you or not.

After three dates she probably has a good idea if she is attracted to you and likes you. It's a good sign that she wants to learn more about you before moving deeper into a relationship. If you like her, let her take the time she needs.

A short kiss is a nice thing and it earned you points but don't go too far too quick. Let her make the time right. If you push her, you might end up losing her and she sounds like she's something you don't want to lose.
Take it very slow and easy, don't force anything on her. She'll let you know when the time is right.

Sound like your on the right track dude. But again don't rush, or get all obsest with her. There is still time to find out about each other. You can think of way to be with her and to bring out her personality and she will do the same.
This way you will be able to tell if you guys are still on the right track of if its time to stop dating.

hell- I've been with my husbadn (married 3 months) for 18 months, and we still learn new things about each other, even some maybe we should have known before hand.... Three dates is not enough time to figure out if you're in love, as long as both of you seem to get along and enjoy being in each other's company; don't rush it-- things move in their own time.

to me that seems weird. 3 dates and even a little kiss. maybe she just likes to take things real slow. meeting people online can be scarey. most ppl online lie more than they are honest. call her and talk to her about it...its good to start every relationship with honesty and if she wants to get to know you better anyway...(i know its probably not what you want to hear) but all her and just talk for a couple hours, be truthful and say what's on your mind. you'll get closer to her that way

Slow down, she is trying to tell you that, by saying you need to learn more about each other. Be friends first, than the romance and loving will come naturally if it is meant to be. Good Luck!!!!
