Home Schooling parents can issue a diploma to their own children. You can buy kits that have forms for both transcripts and diplomas.

Sister, you don't NEED a diploma. A majority of colleges and universities don't require one if you homeschool. The idea that you need one is perpetuated to keep people interested in public schools.

If you really want one, ask yourself why, check into local resources, and find a program that fits your style of learning. Many online educational sites have free trial periods, and that will give you a chance. Check out k12.com, calvert institute online.

Yes you can. You can earn your diploma through an accredited school. That means that they are recognized by the state and are state approved. There are some umbrellas out there that offer this. I suggest calling your local board of Education, and asking for the Homeschooling department, yes they have one, and have them mail you a list of accredited schools/ umbrellas, that will assist you in receiving your highschool diploma. Good Luck!

Yes, you can...besides its only a piece of paper... You don't need one!!! I am graduating with my four year degree and never had that piece of paper, yes my ma gave me a certificate or whatever...you can call it a diploma, but it's probably not gonna feel the same...it doesn't need to. You're in a specialized program. If I can do it, so can you. I was accepted at a University at the age of 15 and transferred in from a community college. Community colleges are a good way to start. Now, it's four years later, and I'm ready to graduate!!! Questions, email me!!!

I did research recently before starting home schooling my daughter. You can try www.connectionacademy.com ( depends of the state you live in), and www.TheSchools.com (Trent school).
They offer complete curriculum and HS diploma.
At www.TheSchools.com you can earn your diploma without taking classes with them, by 5 exams ($750 or so).
Hope, this helps. Good luck
