single mother of three. just got concrete evidence that their father, who hasn't seen them in 10 mths. and given them anything in 7 mths, has a girlfriend of 5 years. they met when she was 15 and he was 22. she's bragged on myspace about gifts he's gotten her and places they've gone. my kids are all younger than 5(i have twins and younger sibling) and he's always told me that he's still single and never goes anywhere but work. thoughts anyone?

File for child support. Whether he has a girl or not is not a factor. That he dated a 15 yro is between him, God, and the local police. I wouldn't turn him in though, you won't get any child support if he's in jail.
Child support is based on his income, your income, and the number of kids, cut and dry with no drama. File for support and let the state you live in be your collection agency.

It sounds like you could REALLY use some help! Twins & another child, and husband is out of the picture! Wow! You must be hurting like crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know how you manage from day to day! If I were in your shoes, (& you say you have concrete evidence) I would file for a divorce & go thru family court so your children will get the finances to live a better life. But besides getting child support, I'd seek counseling for myself because you have a HUGE responsibility & no one to help you with your children. The courts should be able to mediate between you & your (hopefully) soon x-husband to work out custody issues. Since you don't trust him because he denies any infidelity & you have proof - I wouldn't confront him anymore, but I WOULD get counseling for myself (if for nothing else but to be heard & validate what you are feeling) & divorce him, the sooner the better! I hope you can sort all this out!

And you haven't filed for child support?? This guy is being allowed to be a dead beat Dad--If he doesn't want to see the kids he is just cutting his own throat--when they get older they will not want to have anything to do with him--his huge loss--but he has to be made responsible for their medical and financial well being--that is just the way it is---Get busy and be glad he works that way he has to pay--as far as the girlfriend?? She needs to be told how irresponsible he is towards the children--many women haven't a clue that a man they are attracted to are dead beat dads and you know how women are when it comes to child care--she could be a plus on your side if she knew the truth--

Nail him with Child support and back support while he was flinging around for 10 months. Also if your divorced get spousal support while your at it.

if you've got concrete evidence take his *** to the cleaners sue for all he's worth screw him he's messin around on you
girl I kicked more than one of my brothers ***'s for that ****,
sue him you've got children together hun you could get alimony child support and a whole lot more take him for what he's worth
