In addition to the great answers above, why don't you find out why they chose your city to open the business in, information regarding the owners (or founders) such as were they local people? Did they go to school in your city? Are they linked up to any other local businesses? A personal touch to inform the community about their neighbors...

Include when they were founded and by whom if you can find out. Also, if you can find some comparative information on their industry it might be interesting to include it to give an idea of how they fit into the economy generally.
