ghds are best straighteners to have ever come on the market.worth every penny. twelve month guarantee and i too had a fault with mine, they sent me brand new ones within 2 days by registered delivery and a complimentary goody bag with ghd products worth over £45. they turn my pubic like hair into sleek, straight hair without singeing or breaking any ends off. they do there job so well you dont need to repeatedly go over your hair thus helping it get back into tiptop condition.highly recommended by me to you..oh and for the record, this is the fourth year ive been using them.

where did you get it? sallys. it should say ceramic. the good point is they work great for straighting, the bab is if you dont use an oil to spray your hair as you straighten, you will fry your hair.

I had the new Mark Hill cordess straightners for xmas. I wanted GHD's but were concerned about reports of faults.

My new straightners are fab!!!! It feels like I've just walked out of the salon every morning!

GHD all the way!! They are best! I have very thick, wavy hair and they are the only ones that will work.

Worth every penny and last for years.

Good Luck.

I have a remington wet2straight straightener, it works really great.I love it, my hair is like soaking wet then dry in like 2 seconds. its only like $25. I recommend it. Besides its not like $150 or something.

The chi straighteners work really good, i've had proffessionals tell me that. They're ceramic.
