Might be that she doesnt like you as much as you think she does...or she just came out of a relationship....or she is busy keeping you as a back door while she is trying to get with someone she really likes!

she may like you and you may like her, but when she says "I'm not ready..." she means she's not ready to date and all give her some time still be her friend and be there and all just give her a little time aight...

Sounds like she is playing hard to get. I guess she is trying to figure you out before committing to a date. Keep trying if you are really interested. She could have a boyfriend you are unaware about as well.
