There is girl I talked to her msn and myspace, she was one of my younger brothers best friends, I have never met her in person, she was only 16 I was 21 but I was looking for nothing more than a friend.
Lets just say to make this story short, she liked me at first but as time went along she started to grow less and less interested in me.
She liked my brother a whole lot more(Just as a friend),, probably because she knows him in person but she started to act mean towards me

I didn't get the answers I was looking for, I don't care if she is young someone needs to tell me where I gone wrong and why she started to lose interest in being my friend.
I mean, im the brother to her friend so why would she act like that?

ok, i actually took the time to read both of the questions. and i know you did not get the answers you were looking for. here's mine: i dont know what maturity level you are at now, but try to go back to the age of 16. this girl might really like your brother and it sounds like he may be mad or jealous that he is talking to you. she may want to keep him as a friend or maybe she likes him as more. either way they are in the same age group and experiencing similar things in life, school, etc.
for you this is not the end of the world. there are plenty of other people out there to talk to and i seriously dont think you should spend another minute of your time thinking about this. hope it all works out for you.

Why are you so obsessive about this girl? You said you initially talked to her because she was attractive, so don't pretend like you never thought anything would happen. She probably got creeped out by an older guy who seemed to be a little obsessive. It's hard to read people's emotions online, so I'm sure there was misunderstandings on both of your parts (like things you meant as a joke she didn't get and vice versa). You also seem very jealous of your brother. Sounds like she liked him maybe as more than a friend and you didn't want to accept that because you liked her as more. To make a long story short, find friends your own age and respect this girl's wishes to no longer be friends with you or you might have to face legal action. Oh, and don't get upset about top friends on myspace...that's just lame.

Have you ever heard 16 will get you twenty, I know you don't want to hear that but it is true. Maybe her Mother had something to do with it ,or your brother side something to her about talking to you. If you need a 16 year old girl for a friend then you need to ask your self if that is a moral thing to do ,you are the adult here. If I were you I 'd leave her alone or she might turn you in. Even if it was innocent. The reason she is more into your brother HE is more her age. Good luck for what its worth

Sounds like you offended her somewhere. Think back and try to remember what it was to turn her off. Did you say anything that would offend her appearance, her family, her parents, her age, braces, glassess .......? Could of been anything.
I know I turned a girl off once because I called her weird. I just casually said, "your weird," following a comment she made. I didn't mean anything by it, but that turned her off big time. Who'd a thought it? Just have to be careful of what you say, because people get offended by some of the smaller things you wouldn't think would offend them.

Maybe she heard you didn't like her that way, and got hurt. Or maybe ppl were making fun of her for likeing you, so she acted mean to prove that she didn't.either way you should ask her about it.

well be ready to hate me... She is immature. i'm shure your brother is a nice guy but did you think about the fact that he minght have talked bad about you to her in order to gain attention? Siblings do these things (my older sister does it to me) to gain attention.
