Absolutely not. It's the other way around. You need a Bachelor's degree to get a Master's degree.

You don't need a Master's to work on a PhD though.

Bachelor and Associate degrees are called undergraduate degrees, while PhD's and Master's are graduate degrees.

You do not need a master's degree to get a bachelor's. But you need a bachelor's to get a masters. Here's the educational ladder:

High School Diploma or GED
Associates Degress (60 semester hours-- about 20 classes)
Bachelors Degress (120 semester hours-- about 40 classes)
Master's Degress (number of classes depends on program)
Doctorate (Ph.D. -- classess are determined by program)

Are you serious????? You definitely need to be in school. Ok, you need to get a Bachelors degree then you can get your Masters degree. Before getting a Bachelor's degree you can get an Associates degree.
