Wow, I didn't think anyone would know the correct answer to this...but Meg is right. It should also be noted that the motivation for diluting holy water is also important. If it is possible to obtain more holy water by blessing more water, this is prefered. However, if there is an urgent need for more holy water and there is no time to bless it, it may be diluted to make more as long as the amount of unblessed water is less than half. (though I'm honestly not sure what sort of urgent need one would have for vast quantities of holy water...)

There is no holy water concentrate, but you can add regular water to holy water. The quantity of the regular water must be less than half that of the holy water, and this can only be done once.

It depends on the amount of iron and sulfur in the water you are using.

If the holy water to regular water content drops below 3/1 then the iron and sulphur take over and render the water unholy.

Be careful!

Holy water is a sacramental,in other words it imparts it`s blessing to whatever it is applied to,so a few drops of it in ordinary water will mean that all the water is blessed.

Since brewing bathtub gin is illegal, I brew up bathtub holy water instead. Then I slip Father O'Shaughnessy a couple bucks to come over and bless it...if you need a bottle or two, just lemme know.

Don't think so. I believe a priest would need to bless the water, so you'd be diluting the...um...blessing. .....Uh, yeah.
