Why did YOU write the note after he said he liked you?
He probably is more confused then ever. You don't have to tell him or he you. Just act as you do flirt,smile,stand close, touch in a play friendly manner-You'll know soon enough.
If he does and you lose your confidence again DON'T say that stuff to him again. If he really doesn't like you down the road you'll know that too. Good Luck!
