TOM & JERRY
3 egg whites
3 egg yolks
3 Tablespoons powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 jigger lukewarm brandy
1 jigger lukewarm rum
hot water, milk or coffee
grated nutmeg
Beat egg whites til stiff froth. Separately beat egg yolks until light in color and then gradually beat in sugar, allspice, cinnamon and cloves. Fold yolk mixture into whites and pour 2 tablespoons of this mixture into each of four 8-ounce mugs. Add 1/2 jigger brandy and 1 jigger dark rum to each mug. Fill mugs with very hot water, milk, or coffee. Stir well and sprinkle the top with grated nutmeg.

Terry's Treat! A Must for Every Holiday Feast.
1 oz. Dark Rum
1 oz. Brandy
1 Egg
1 tsp. Sugar
6 oz. Hot water milk, or coffee
Seperate egg in two bowls. Add Rum & Brandy to the yolk and beat together until frothy. In th other bowl beat the egg white until it peaks then add sugar and bet until stiff. Fold into the liqour mixture. Pour into a coffee mug and top with the water, milk or coffee.
Ready made batter can be store bought - for this simply add alcohol and water, milk or coffee.

6 Eggs*
2 Cups Sugar
4 Cups Hot water, milk, or coffee
Make same way as above

it is an eggnog type beverage usually served at the holidays. From webtender.com recipe as follows:

Ingredients:
24 Eggs
2 lb Powdered sugar

1/2 oz Vanilla extract
1/2 jigger Rum
1/2 jigger Brandy
1/2 cup boiling hot Water
Mixing instructions:
Beat egg whites stiff with electric beator, Add sugar gradually, add cinnamon, nutmeg and vanille, add in half of the eggs yolks blend until smooth. In Large mug fill with 1/2 batter 2 shots of 60% rum and 40% brandy (mixture) balance with boiling hot water. Stir well and sprinkle with nutmeg.

It's very much a holiday thing, at least here in wisconsin. you can make them homemade try getting a recipe from webtender.com. otherwise, you can also buy a mix for them. I find it in the freezer section of my grocery story, but only during the holidays. Otherwise I know you can order online at www.wisconsinmade.com

You can buy the mix... its egg noggy like stuff you heat with water and add a shot of booze too. They are pretty good.
