The windows take up most of the wall and are about 2.5" inches apart from one another. I am not interested in shades or blinds. I would prefer some sort of singular curtain rod, but most places don't sell lengths over 107". Would also prefer wood curtain rods. Is there such a thing as connecting wooden curtain rods?

Sure, you can do that. You can get 6' or 8' wooden curtain rods at most home centers and join them in the middle with a double-ended screw.

All of the wooden curtain rods have a screw hole on each end. That is to accommodate a finnial. If you use a double-ended screw, you can securely join as many rods as you need. The brackets that you use to support the rod would be the ideal place to hide the joint where they meet.

This will likely give you a pole that is longer than you need. Instead of cutting one piece, cut equal amounts off the end of each and drill a new hole in the center of the rod for your finnial. That way everything will be centered. Good luck.

Depending on how wide your windows are, I'd just go to a fabric store, find exactly what you like, and buy your 5' needed. But go a little bigger, then you can buy that easy fabric tape, hem up the sides and a rod pocket (via nothing more than an iron) and - viola - beautiful custom curtains.
As far as the rods - I have no idea. Try JC Penney.

This may or may not be of interest....but somewhat new on the window treatment market are Fabric Panels. Each panel is approx 3 feet wide and hang from a vertical style track. They don't rotate, only slide from right to left, left to right, or split in the center. You could always hang a fabric over it for a more decorative look. As a warning the Fabric Panel system can be pricey. Most window treatment retailers carry them. And they are available in the width you require, and to whatever lenght you may need.
