I live in Pennsylvania and looking to either buy or adopt a Pug. Would be going to an excellent home.

You can also find several other rescues on the net just do a search for Pug Rescues or you can contact akc and ask for breeders in you area! I think the rescue would be best though! You would be giving an unwanted dog a home!

Watch out for puppy mills.... people who raise large quantities of puppies and ask big prices!!! Many health problems could arise. Plus, many times these people will not allow you to see the parents or facilities. Scary!! My main advice... never get a dog from anyone who doesn't allow you to see the parents and the premises where they have been kept. Adoption through a Shelter would be wonderful if you can find a Pug. The Shelters are always helpful as far as health and evaluation of the dog's temperament. Good luck!

it's a great place to find a great dog who needs a home
