Without being aware of it, you are detoxing after giving up smoking. Water is excellent for you and should or would not give you spots. It is recommended to drink three litres a day anyhow if you can. Look for other possible causes for the spots. You may have developed an allergy to a soap, perfume or a washing product. There may be mosquitoes in your home as the weather has been so mild and they do fly in and bite. If the spots persist consult your GP. Do not squeeze them, it will make them worse and if they contain germs you will spread the infection.

Quitting smoking and drinking lots of water you are flushing the toxins out of your system.

(Although 5 litres of water a day seems a bit excessive )

You skin should clear up in about a week. if the problem continues or you get a bad outbreak then visit your GP.

Try not to wear heavy face creams or make up which my block poors and prevent your skin from breathing.
