Try the following
Lamb burger with roast garlic and chunky chips
Ingredients
450g/1lb minced lamb (20% fat)
crushed black peppercorns
12 cloves garlic
1 sprig thyme
1 bay leaf
300ml/½ pint water
olive oil
3 tbsp chopped mint
50g/2oz unsalted butter, cut into small cubes
salt and freshly ground black pepper
For the chunky chips
4 large white potatoes
2 tbsp of olive oil
rosemary
To serve
green leafy salad
chunky chips

Method
1. Shape the lamb into four 'burgers' and coat them all over with crushed pepper.
2. Poach the garlic, thyme and bay leaf in the water for about 15 minutes or until the garlic is tender.
3. Remove the garlic and reserve.
4. Strain the liquid and keep for later.
5. In a hot frying pan with a little oil, sear the burgers with the garlic cloves for two minutes on both sides.
6. Lower the heat and cook for a further minute on each side, depending on how rare you like your meat.
7. Remove the burgers and browned garlic and keep warm.
8. Pour the garlic liquid into the lamb pan (there should be about 120ml/4fl oz).
9. Add the mint and butter and whisk to emulsify.
10. Put the lamb and garlic on a warm plate, season and top with the sauce.
11. For the chips, chop the potatoes into thick 2cm (¾in) batons, coat in oil and sprinkle with rosemary.
12. Cook in the oven for 25 minutes, turning occasionally.
13. Serve with a leafy salad and chunky chips.

or Healthy herby lamb burger
Ingredients
1 onion, very finely chopped or grated
1 free-range egg, beaten
450g (16oz) minced lamb, extra lean
1 stick celery, very finely chopped
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 tsp dried mixed herbs
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
50g (1¾ oz) fresh breadcrumbs

Method
1. Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly with your hands until well combined.
2. Divide the mixture into eight and form each portion into a ball. Using your hands, press the mixture together firmly. Turn each ball onto a lightly floured surface and press down with the palm of your hand to form burgers.
3. Grill or barbecue for 5-8 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Serve with wholemeal bread rolls and salad.

or Cheesy lamb burger in a mushroom bun
Ingredients
For the mushroom bun
15g/¼ oz butter
2 large flat mushrooms, stalks removed
For the lamb burger
100g/3½oz lamb steak, cut into small cubes
1 clove garlic, crushed
pinch of chilli flakes
¼ tsp ground coriander
¼ tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
3-4 mini mozzarella balls
sprig fresh parsley, to serve

Method
1. Heat the butter in a frying pan over a medium and fry the mushrooms on both sides until slightly softened. Keep warm.
2. For the lamb burgers, mix the lamb with the garlic, chilli, coriander, cumin and parsley. Using your hands form the mixture into a burger.
3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the lamb burger for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden and cooked through. Remove from pan.
4. Add the balsamic vinegar to the juices in the pan and reduce the liquid by half.
5. To serve, lay one mushroom, gill side up, onto a serving plate. Top with the lamb burger and the mozzarella balls. Place the other mushroom on top, gill side down. Drizzle with the balsamic vinegar sauce and garnish with the parsley.

or Spicy lamb burgers with coriander, tomato and yoghurt Relish
This recipe is for cooking on a barbecue.
Ingredients
For the burgers:
1kg/2¼lb minced lamb (it's best not to use extra-lean mince as the fat will help bind the burgers and keeps them juicy when cooked)
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1-2 tbsp mango chutney
3cm/1¼in piece of fresh ginger, peeled and grated
1 red chilli, de-seeded and finely chopped
¼ tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp coriander seeds, crushed
1 tsp cumin seeds, crushed
flaked sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
oil, for brushing
flat bread, pitta bread or burger buns, to serve
For the relish:
6 ripe tomatoes, quartered, de-seeded and diced
200g/7oz tub of Greek yoghurt
bunch of fresh coriander, roughly chopped
1 small red onion, finely chopped
squeeze of lemon or lime juice
Method
1. Place the minced lamb in a large mixing bowl and add the garlic, onion, mango chutney, ginger, chopped chilli, turmeric, crushed coriander and cumin. Season well with salt and pepper and mix by hand until combined. The burgers can be briefly mixed in a food processor until just starting to hold together, but be careful not to over-work the mixture.
2. Divide and shape the mixture into 8-10 burgers. If you want to check the flavour, fry a small burger in a drop of oil before shaping the rest and, if necessary, add extra flavourings or seasoning.
3. Place the burgers on a cling film-covered tray and keep them in the fridge to relax for at least 30 minutes. They're ideal made the day before cooking.
4. To prevent the burgers from sticking, brush with a little oil before barbecuing over medium-hot coals for about 5-6 minutes each side.
5. Mix together the tomatoes, yoghurt, coriander, onion and lemon or lime juice and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with the burgers, either inside the bun or as a dipping sauce.
6. For a change, use diced, seeded cucumber instead of tomatoes, and try mint instead of coriander.

Spicy Lamb Burgers with Coriander and Tomato

The recipe is here:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/database/spicylambburgerswith_67593.shtml

Don't worry if you can't find the Mango Chutney. Just buy a mango, peel it, and put some slices between a wad of paper towels. Squash out as much juice as you can, but not all- leave a little. Then take a fork and smash up the mango to use in your recipe.

You can use canned spices for any of the fresh in this recipe, just use a little less if you are using canned. You don't have to make the relish, but if you want to, it's OK to sub regular non-flavored yougart for the Greek.

Well, i make lamb meatballs, but it's easy to make bigger patties and call them burgers.

Nice flavourings to add to the lamb mince:
Garlic, chopped fresh mint and black pepper.
Or
Rosemary and a teaspoonful of redcurrant jelly
Or
finely grated lemon zest, a squeeze of the juice and a teaspoonful of concentrated mint sauce and garlic
Lamb makes really tasty burgers as the proportion of fat to meat keeps the burgers moist when you cook them - enjoy

I assume you mean just the burger itself and you have a normal pack of mince.

Finely slice one onion and mix with the mince adding salt and pepper. Then form the patties by hand. Try to make them an even thickness otherwise the edges will burn.

You should have enough mix for 6 burgers.

All the above recipes sound great. I have used a mix of half ground beef and half ground lamb. It is called kibbe in my part of the US.
