has anyone ever gotten boudoir or glamour pictures/photography taken before?

if so i plan on doing it for vday and everything and i need to know what to expect, bring, if you could give me some links of great outfits that would be great THANKS!!!

I took some glamour shots for a friend who was too intimidated to go to a professional. Of course she had some lingerie but the best shot was one of her wearing her husbands white button down shirt (unbuttoned of course) with just a peak of her underwear and black bra showing through...oh and his tie (or maybe it was a tie she planned on giving with the gift of the pictures). The best shots were those that were revealing without being too revealing. Just have fun with it!

I got glamour/boudoir photos several yrs. ago for hubby' s birthday. I took 3 or 4 outfits i thought I looked good in or he thought I looked good in and 2 sexyish nightgowns. I don't recall if they had makeup available, so I brought my own and got some tips for the different shots, and they redid my hair for some of the shots too. They also had clothing of various types available (and if it wasn't you size, they cold adjust it up or down to make it look like your size) if you didn't bring your own or saw something of theirs you liked.

Hubby loved them and put one of the "regular" clothes on his desk at work, and used one of the sexier ones of me in his favorite night gown on his screen saver at home (more R than PG).

Good luck and ask to see some of their work before you choose a place.
