It would be fairly easy to find an entry-level job teaching English. The hardest work is definitely in teaching in-company classes, but work it right and you could make some great business contacts through your teaching (and use all your spare time to study Italian). When I lived in Italy I taught at a major bank, a major food production company, a company that developed aircraft and spacecraft, and three multinational IT companies (amongst others).

Without language skills you won't get far, but you can make great business connections in the meantime. The site below usually has a handful of ads for Milan.

If you're prepared to do any job you have more possibilities but the fact you don't speak Italian will limit yr chances really a lot.
It's difficult for me to suggest you something additional also because you didn't quote in which field you're graduate.
When you are in Milan you'll have a more clear picture but my first research would be addressed among the multinational companies where the Italian language is not a must but just a better option.
Good luck !!
